Kaku-rei

Prototypical Niigata prefecture sake. Pronounced nose, alcohol evident. Moderate fruit - melon/guava/pear. Soft and full bodied. Relatively focused. Nice mild alcohol burn on otherwise smooth finish. May be good with wild fish.
