Chikurin Fukamari Junmai

Sweet, vegetal (almost floral) aroma, hint of vanilla. Soft, smooth mouthfeel. Medium-heavy body. Slight acid brightness. Melon flavor with a hint of almond mid palate. Slight alcoholic sweetness lingers briefly on the finish. May match with nigiri.
